Teamwork

The attorneys and staff at DFPH&J understand that it is important to get the details right and to provide expeditious service. Teamwork is the key, and the team at DFPH&J is a veteran squad. In fact, most of our attorneys and paralegals have worked together since the mid-1980's.  That continuity enables us to represent our clients' interests effectively. The DFPH&J team is constantly looking for various ways to be able to complete closings for clients within their deadlines even when transactions do not go according to plan.

Availability

We recognize that our clients are located worldwide, and we make ourselves available to serve their needs after normal business hours. When required, we assemble our team and stay until the job is done. Our attorneys are available for consultation by telephone day or night. 

Knowledge

DFPH&J is a leader in the field of aviation title and finance law, we also know that we live in a changing world and realize the importance of adapting to meet the challenges of the future.  Our attorneys meet regularly on an informal basis with Aeronautical Center Counsel to discuss issues important to our clients and to receive updated information regarding policies at the FAA Registry.  We participate in seminars and conferences as featured speakers.  Our depth of experience has resulted in serving on the International Registry Advisory Board and the Legal Advisory Panel of the Aviation Working Group, which contributes to the development of policies and industry standards relative to the Cape Town Treaty and the International Registry of Mobile Assets.  

Professional Staff

DFPH&J has the staff and technology in place to fully service the needs of our clients.  Our branch office at the FAA Registry is staffed by paralegals having years of practical experience with the written (and unwritten) rules of the FAA Registry. At our main office, our paralegals are experienced examiners, bringing to the Firm a broad range of experience, working for the FAA Registry as well as title companies, before joining our Firm.
