Rosemary E. Mahaffey is an associate at Daugherty, Fowler, Peregrin, Haught & Jenson, where she assists clients with transactions involving the buying, selling, leasing, and financing of commercial and corporate aircraft. She helps clients by drafting, reviewing, and filing required documents with the FAA and on the International Registry.

Rosemary earned her Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2024, where she was recognized with numerous honors and published a peer-reviewed Note on Civil Jurisdiction of Tribal Courts. She participated in various research projects and competitions while in law school. Prior to law school, Rosemary graduated magna cum laude from the University of Oklahoma with a dual degree in Musical Arts and Letters. She also received a Fulbright grant to teach English in Germany and later taught high school English.

Rosemary enjoys traveling, horseback riding, and spending time with her family and friends. On a sunny day, she can be found growing lavender at her family’s farm.
